Release & Hawkins Technique
This class will help the participants in the development of
their improvisational skills. This by understanding the
placement of the body and exploring ways to move in and out
of the floor by using set pathways. Finding an efficient way
of moving by using as little strength as possible is of great
importance in this class. |

Melting Pot
This class is a mixture of Movement research,
Contactimprovisation and the Communication of Improvisation.
We will introduce partnering and the potential of composition
by touching our senses and the use of play. |

Improvisation in Performance
Would you like to perform your dance for an
audience?
In this class we will use all our skills and experience and
put this in a more compositional frame. We emphasize on how
to structure and place movement in time & space. This
class is for people that are interested in Dance
Improvisation as a performing art and who have the ambition
to explore further possibilities. |
